Bi-generation Home – Guest House – Business Office
Artisan house is the second house in the domain. It holds individual property titles and may be purchased separately by a different individual (the parents for instance) or a company (the owner’s holding for instance). It was built by an artisan who only used antique materials and furnishings.
This lovely split-level has a roof of cedar shingles, detached garage and a shed for equipment maintenance landscaping.
Tennis court with regulatory dimensions is part of the domaine’s large back-yard. It has a red and green multi-sport surface as well as 2 basketball nets. Children can practice all their favorite sports, such as skateboarding, rollerblading, basketball and of course tennis.
The main room has a beautiful brick fireplace. Old beams serve as roof structure. The floors of the entire house are knotty pine
The furniture in the house can be sold separately.
The kitchen cabinets were manufactured on the spot from recycled barn planks.
The ground floor bathroom has been completely renovated. All accessories have been changed except for the vanity and pharmacy who are antiques.
Master Bedroom
A business office is housed on the 2nd floor, it has a view on the pool and the backyard area. The desk and credenza are mahogany. They can be purchased separately, and so can the leather chair.
